guntech CGN Ultra frequent flyer Rating - 100% 312 0 0 May 4, 2009 #2 If it is a Cooey .22 you want the bolt to contact firmly on the 'notch'. Some other .22's are the same. If the bolt handle is not supposed to contact anything, then if you can slip a piece of paper in, that is enough clearance.
