Bone Stock Norc M14S Bipod Help???

Hi, I wanted to mount the Harris HB25C-S Bipod c/w HB2R adapter (as recommended by Harris) on my bone stock Norc M14S. I read in here NOT to use the hole below the gas system as it's a water shed drain. Any other suggestions? Please direct me to an instructional thread on here if someone knows where it is...everybody on here is always so helpful and Thanks for that if I haven't said it before!!!

PS...my pal brought his Norc over and I went straight out and bought one too...they're fun!

1 yes you are right about the drain hole-
2 READ THE STICKIES on how to install a sling swivel stud- it's fairly striaght forward-i drilled out ONE of the rivets to do mine- but there's all kinds of ways to do it - you can also find it on the 'net

It's probably too late now, but I would have got the rail mount and put a rail in place of the front sling swivel.
