Well I Was Bored Tonight Because I Didn't Have To Work, So I Decided To Clean My Rifle And Pellet Guns, So I decided To Take Some Pics While They Were Out.

My 10/22
- Tasco 3-9x40mm
- Butler Creek Folding Stock - (OAL When Folded 27.5)
- Leapers Rail System
- Leapers Rail Bipod
- Laser Sight (Has Pressure Switch But Haven't Put It On)

I Also Have A Sure Fire G2 LED And 2 Butler Creek 25/22 Mags (Steel Lips) But They Were Some Where In The Closet, Gave Up Looking For Them.

It actually wasn't raining today after work so me and my buddy went out and shot a few dozen prairie rats instead of taking pictures :D
 
I like the T4 there! how much did she cost? and actually...that leads me to a question. can you hunt with an air pistol as long as it's not classified as a restricted (under 495fps)? I know you can with your air rifle...just make sure you're legit and have your Hunting License!
 
The Overall Cost Of The T4 Was Under $160, I Got Everything On Sale At Canadian Tire, It Shoots 450fps, The Auto Air II Cost Me $60 But I Got That Years Ago, It Shoots 495fps, So Neither Of Them Require A License, I Don't Know About Hunting With Them Cause I Dont Hunt.

im pretty sure the bc regs state rimfires as the smallest legal hunting calibre?
 
While I'm hesitant to criticize, why don't you just get real guns instead of pellet guns and a .22LR. The money you spent on aftermarket accessories could have got you a really nice gun or two. While it's your hobby and you do what you want, you may be happier with substance over style.

Maybe, but the pellet-pistols aren't restricted, y'see...;)
 
Well Theres An Easy Answer To That Drvrage, I'm Only 18. I Got The Crosman Auto II When I Was 14 and the T4 When I was 17, I was To Young To Acutally Own A Real Firearm And No One In My Family Are Into Shooting Or Have Their License. I Got The .22LR Two Months After I Turned 18 For Christmas Gift. Once I Find And Join A Range In My Area (Brampton, Ontario) And Pay Off And Finish School I'll Buy Some Acutal Nice Firearms. Sadly Those Pellet Guns Were The Closest Thing I Had To Firing A Real Gun Before I Was 18.

I bought a crossman .22 C02 single shot air pistol with about an 8" barrel for shooting the stupid grouse that like to mock me when I am carrying my .270 husky deer hunting... Not that I haven't taken a few blues with the rifle, just that most of the time while stalking it is nice to get your chicken or two on the down low :)

If handgun hunting was allowed, like in civilized nations, I would have a buckmark or woodsman. I make the best with what I have.

I would absolutley not want to get shot with this pellet gun. The .22 at 400fps+ would hurt a lot. They are 15-20 grains going kinda fast.

its still illegal even though its airgun it is still a pistol and as such cannot be used for hunting. Friend of mine carries slingshot and however stupid it sounds it is perfectly legal but air pistol is not.

A modded 10/22 is a great way to make up for lost time! ;)
 
22LR.

This would be a fun argument in court. "Your honour, I have all applicable licences to hunt small game and I shot a grouse with my pellet gun I bought at Canadian tire instead of with my 12 gauge. I'm sorry, I didn't think the air pistol was innapropriate at the annual whitetail camp with my dad and his friends and their sons. The grouse sure tasted good though. "

I'm not for advocating illegal behavior, but I think I will still keep my pellet gun with me. The guys get a little jumpy when you shoot rifles at chickens.
 
Every fire arms owner should own at lease one air gun as well.
What else can you use for varmint shooting on a small acreage without the neighbours calling in ERT? Plus you can practice in your garage etc without much worry.

I used to have a nice Gammo single shot pellet pistol, and a Webley Hurricane until they were stolen from the locked trunk of my car. Fortunately I still have the Beeman air rifle, and the CZ air rifle.

That and 7 .22 firearms :D. Lately .22 has become my newest obsession.

hey, good for you. I agree 100%. I know about airguns because I was too prudent and started asking questions, just to make sure :rolleyes:. I wish I never heard the answer...

Dont despair my son - with time you will have what you want! I was there 20 years ago - had my pellet guns since no one had any real guns in the family - worked like hell to get through University - then med school - then residency - then - hey I'm now an attending physician... well got my RPAL (also made sure my dad and wife got their's, along with 3 uncles, 2 cousins and 2 brothers-in-law - hey you cant have enough gun owners in the family and now we have 10! and why deny the next generation!)

Just remember to have a budget - otherwise you will end up with 120 guns, a vault, 40K rounds of ammo and not enough time to shoot them all (which is the biggest sin of all!)
