Born again newb - help with No 1 Mk3

I can't believe it...... I can't remember how to remove the bolt from my No. 1 Mk. 3. I used to do it all the time, but haven't had much to do with the gun for several years now. I really can't remember!

How do I remove the bolt from this puppy?

Pull the bolt all the way back, lift the bolt head, pull bolt out. Go here.

And if you're lucky you won't skin your nuckel pushing up the bolt head

Do it one handed, that is if you aren't a girly man - just kidding

Sometimes, grime and stuff get between the action and the spring, which makes it much more difficult to move the bolt head up (it can't press the spring inwards because of the stuff).
