Done it myself.
Bulges do come out enough to reload and use in my Walther GSP.

And yes, when loading gate is down to load, the hammer cannot hit the primer.
Pulling the trigger is necessary to load all the rounds in the cylinder as in all Abadie designs

Very similar is the 1886 Abadie Portuguese revolver in 9.1mm

shot several boxes of it myself.... kinda loosely fit into the chambers and all cases bulge a bit. Accuracy was ok, but nothing spectacular. Reloading is where this revolver shines. I also reform the cases using my 30 Carbine die and reuse them in my 30-06 to 32 ACP/32 S&W Long rifle chamber insert. I usually reload them with 3.1 grains of Trail Boss and 72 grain 32 ACP FMJ's.
