Bought my first pistol

I bought my first pistol, an IWI Jericho 941 .45, needless to say I'm pretty happy right now. It's to bad I'll have to wait so long for my LTATT to go shoot it.

I bought it from Al Simmons in Hamilton. They started to transfer around 4:45 pm yesterday and I got a call at 11 this morning saying to come pick it up. Less than 24hrs isn't to bad.

Thanks guys. I have to say the springs in the mags are the stiffest springs of any mag I've ever loaded, first 7 rounds aren't to bad but 8, 9 and 10 are a #####.

Can you call the CFO's office and get a STATT to go to the range when you're waiting for the LTATT?? Im not sure, but something to look in to.

I would say, stock up on the norinco 45acp while you can get it. At a little over $300, its soo much cheaper than anything else around.

He is in Ontario, so that is a no go. I tried that myself, but apparently you can't be trusted to take your restricted to the range for a day while waiting forever to to get your LTATT. The funny thing was that I was granted a STATT over the phone one day in a matter of 5 mins to take a restricted to the post office to ship (before I had my LTATT), but they flat out refused to issue me one to take it to the actual gun range

Already got a case, arrived yesterday, I'm gonna need more though, my Thureon Defence should be here Tuesday. I'm going to be reloading to.

No STATT's to go to the range in Ontario. So I can't shoot it yet, it is getting fondled like cheap stripper though.

Nice pistol i handled that one last week.I purchased a tt-33 from there yesturday and i also got a call today just after 11 am to say the paperwork is in and ready to be picked up

Nice gun you got there. Built like a tank. i have one in 40sw. The frame is large and a bit heavy but that takes up some of the recoil. You will enjoy shooting it.

I have the same gun but in 9mm and also found the mag spring really tight. I gave in and ordered a mag loader from wolverine.

I'm going to order a Lula loader in the next few days.

I just got finished completely disassembling it and cleaning all the factory oil/grease off of it and treating it with frog lube.

Congratulations, I also have a .45 Jericho. Very nice pistol. It was the also reason that I bought the Lula loader!
