Absolutely, flatter than a 7 Mag and hits like a 378 Wby.............what more could one ask for?...........Now if I could get it to recoil like a 243............that kinda defies the laws of physics. We don't mention brakes in this house, by the way, before anybody pipes up with that scenario.

Now I load the sh!t out of rifles to see what they are capable of. It has nothing to do with hunting, and is solely for my own entertainment and knowledge of exterior ballistics. I will share the results with the people here who are interested, and those who disagree with my quest are free to not partake in my dissertation.

For those who don't know Doug often takes a 250mph car downtown to get groceries...and stalls it when he pulls up to the shop....damned low torque Ferrari's.... :D

Faux pas are only sacred when not witnessed. :p And yes I'm quite jealous I don't have one to stall.....although hearing your talk of the leg room maybe I'm glad I don't have one to stall...

Anyway back on topic...do you have any big plans to do some more testing on game this fall? I'm curous as to how the partions will perform on soon to be formerly living things.

I won't be using the partitions, I'm hoping it loves the 270 gn Matrix, if so I've decided this will be the rifle I will take for my moose/grizzly hunt this Sept........hard to beat a cartridge that flies like a 7 Mag and hits like a 378 Wby.
