for the 20th time and now I have to sign my name and address in a book along with what powder I bought....WTF is up with that???? anyone else have to do this? This was at Wholesale Sports here in Saskatoon...

Signing for powder has been a Federal requirement for years. It's just that most sellers don't bother. Maybe Wholesale got their pee-pee rapped by an inspector.

Both Wholesale and Russel's have been doing that here in Calgary too. Most of the names in the book were almost illegible and the address that most had written (scrawled is a better description) was "Calgary." I think they've been doing that for the better part of a year now, but I'm not sure why.
