Bounties: Who offers them and on what?

It's 20 bucks for wovles in BC in certain areas only they want to protect the endangered mountain elk. They brought the wolves in to get the moose down once they were wiped out they went after the elk and exploded like wildfire in that area. You get more for the pelt if you don't claim the bounty as you have to turn in the ears, eyes and nose basicly the face of the wolf. You get more money selling the pelt and leaving it in tact so very few people will claim the bounty. 60 a hide or 20 bucks for part of a hide.
