Box mag Grizzlies

Does anyone know if its possible to get 2 round magazines for these, for hunting purposes? I was going to take mine out the other day for Pheasants but realized that theres no way to plug the magazine to limit the shotgut to 2 + 1.

i asked this when they first came out, everybody thought i was crazy and CanAm said i was the only person to ever ask for a shorter 2 shot mag, glad somebody finally sees it like i do lol, shorter mag would definitely be nicer if you have to bushwhack too

You could easily rig something underneath the follower to keep it from taking more than two rounds, or go so far as to shorten it yourself. Would be pretty easy to shorten it if you have a grinder and a welder.

I'm pretty sure hunting regulations are much less rigid on their definition of a pinned magazine, meaning that it doesn't need to be welded or riveted. You could just put a piece of plastic under the lifter to prevent more than 2 rounds from going in. After you are done hunting, just take it back out again.

Hunters normally just use a wooden dowel in their tube-fed shotguns. Unscrew the endcap and the wood just falls out. This is considered good enough for hunting regs.

Something along the lines of a waiting list would be great for the 8.5" mag feds.
Would give us hope.

I already have a top rail, dot sight, Knoxx stock and paint waiting for it...been about a year now.
