Hi All,

I am trying to find somewhere to buy cardboard boxes and trays for both. 308 and 45/70 cartridges. Does anyone know of a distributor who sells them? I checked both WASP and Midway USA. Midway has .308 but no 45/70.
The cardboard boxes free up a lot of space compared with the plastic boxes.

Thanks for any help!

Tagged for interest.
I keep my ammos in their original boxes, but they do wear out quickly. The plastic inserts last quite a bit, but the boxes themselves fall apart. And for some calibers I've barely bought any factory stuff anyway.

Really???? The MTM cases JUST fit my 450 Marlin (twin to the 45-70) cases with almost no room to spare. They're plastic so they don't degrade over time as cardboard would. Sorry, I don't recall the exact model but they're common.

Thanks again folks. The cardboard boxes pack into the storage Cabot much better than the plastic. I currently use plastic but want to switch over.

If I have to reuse the cardboard boxes, I take them apart and turn them inside out and then apply a complete layer of packing tape. That way I can label the box for whatever load I want and with all that tape, they're pretty durable.

I like the MTM boxes. I have an "ammo wallet" which I have had for about 35 years. It has the hinges where the plastic just bends. No problems.
Also some eBay.ca sellers will ship to Canada. I've bought calipers, scales etc.
Sinclair International will also ship to Canada.
