Has anyone ordered one? I was wondering about tge AT One thumbhole for a 1022 or cz 457. Is Fit and finish diy or do you need a pro to bed it correctly

I haven't tried out the At-One but I've got a few boyds stocks. They usually fit pretty well. If you don't have a way to make your own pillars, getting the pillar upgrade is worth it in my opinion.

Bedding isn't overly difficult and doesn't require any special tools. I would recommend bedding pretty much every rifle.

I put a Boyd's stock on a Savage mk2 and the only thing I had to do was clearance the barrel inlet slightly at the fore end. I used a socket wrapped in sandpaper and ran it a few times until I was satisfied.

I've got 2 other Boyd's stocks and they needed nothing, drop in.

I've heard people say lately that the quality has dropped off, can't speak to that. Last one I bought was maybe 4-5 yrs ago.

I’ve bought a number of Boyd’s stocks over the years with no problems. The Caveat is Canada customs, some get through duty free , others get grabbed , taxed and take a very long time to clear
