That is indeed great news. Thanks for letting us know. Next Zastava I won't need to spend hours reshaping the heavy factory stock, though they do turn out nice. Makes a lot lighter and sleeker, stalking style rifle out of them.

i will post pictures of it. before the bedding Ted removed a little of extra to stopped the safety to work. other than that nothing else to add.

It didn't take much to get the safety to slide. Wood was so tight on that side it would not budge even a little bit. Surprising, because in every other place the stock was a near-perfect fit to the barrelled action.

Then, just sanded and scraped a bit of the finish off the inside for the bedding to bond, and we were off to the races.
