Who has ordered a boyds stock for the .223 hog hunter and kept the factory box magazine? I see the box magazine is wedged in the factory stock tight and also has that clip that retains the mag and is tightened down with the rear action bolt between the stock and receiver.
Was the stock inletted for the retaining clip for the mag? Was it a tight fit for the mag like the factory? Any issues getting it installed? I tried installing it in my Bell and Carlson stock but with that clip for the mag it won't work.
