Why is this different from any other stock in terms of importation? I just bought a wood stock from Boyd's with no problems. Is it the material or because it's labeled "tactical'?

Tacticool is liberal for able to head shot puppies at 2000 yards without trying

It was deemed military technology by the US state department. Non exportable from boyds. If you have a savage you can get it form them because its not called tacticool BUT if you do order form savage it will be spendy. I have heard $250 ish for the stock.
