For $100 am I upgrading or downgrading by switching?

I just tried to do the online order and I got the make savage model 93 ,but it only gives me the option of a pump ,it is a bolt 22 wm ,but I can not order it this way just as a pump ...what a pia ,will call the tomorrow ,,Dutch

They must be getting caught up, the stock I ordered...way back, showed up today.
Drop in fit, no fiddling.

It helps when you choose the correct options... you need "93R" not "93." Then choose the bolt action heavy barrel option... then choose your design.... then choose "finished." It takes 20 seconds.

I have had favourable dealings with Boyd's. May order a set for one of my 99's soon.I understand they hava a bit of a backlog with more people requesting custom options.

The Boyds I just got in the mail is even nicer ( I like that it's darker) than I expected from the pictures on their sight. It fits me a lot better than the factory stock and I like the weight. Another good deal from Boyds.

The plain Jane walnut 99 set I have is very nice imo.

Just ordered a Boyd's for my Ruger American in 223. Stock is beautiful and it fits nice. Stock arrived without the hardware (bedding blocks, trigger guard and screws) so I had to wait for another shipping from Boyds. Shipping by USPS is the easiest from the US but also the slowest. Their tracking doesn't function properly once it gets to Canada. I will order from Boyds again.
