Boys Anti Tank Gun

Smellie, yes one person can #### a PIAT, and I did. But then I read the rest of the manual. DO NOT dry fire the piat without a bomb as damage to the mechanism can result. SO I had to reverse the procedure and ease the spring down while pulling the trigger at the same time. NOT FUN

Road King's ad shows three different models: BSA made, North American made, and models marked US property. I believe all the North American production was Inglis, including the ones which are US property marked. Has anyone ever seen an Inglis without the US property marks?

I especially liked the price of the accessory kits in his ad ($9.50). Just the breech cover will fetch 3 or 4 hundred these days, if you can find them.

Yes, I used to own one that was Inglis made and did it not have US property markings. I've also seen one with SA (Finn) markings and still have some Boys mags with SA stamped on them.
