Well I called CFC today and they have a waiver of fees for non-restricted to switch to restricted so cool. Now heres my question. I am looking at getting a few black powder pistols. Where would I get a decently priced Flintlock and Caplock in Canada? Also Can anybody recommend a Navy style?

You can try "Military heritage" near Ottawa or "Loyalist arms" in the atlantic region. Both have a good reputation among reenactors.
