Too much $$$ is definately the problem. You can get a new Winchester SPX for similar money. The BPS is a sweet gun though to be sure. I've been keeping a close eye on the EE for a semi-auto shotgun but not close enough apparently as the good deals (at least in my limited opinion) get snapped up very quick indeed, and I've missed a more than a few of late. Though in the past I've been lucky enough to snap up a few. If a BPS comes up for $350shipped it'll probably go in a minute but $400+shipping keeps it around a bit. There is a sweet spot there somewhere for most firearms. I find it quite interesting actually. A Cooey firearm for example teeters at the $100 price point while lower end o/u shotguns are around the $400 mark. That is to say a Cooey .22 for less than $100 lasts about 5 minutes but for more than $100 it may stick around the EE for longer. I'm talking rough numbers here as there are a lot of variables to consider obviously as there are rarities etc., etc. that affect prices as well. But it is safe to say, as in a lot of situations, you need to be at the right place at the right time.
