I use my smoker every sunday and really wish that I had of gotten the digital over the original. It would be very handy!

If any of you guys are interested......and feel like building your own smoker.....I have a Bradley smoke generator for homemade cabinets (works fine) and a digital smoker unit (no cabinet) that needs a stop limit switch for the puck feeder...(about a 2.00 part) and you can pick up your choice of either for a case of beer or a 26 of scotch

Bubba pucks

Does anyone in canada sell these metal pucks?? Is two enough?? My bradley is just the standard one

I could not find anyone in Canada that made the metal pucks so I made my own out of 1/2" thick aluminum plate. I use three so that the last wood puck gets pushed off of the burner in the recommended 20 minutes. Here are some pictures.

mosteaka is off and running. Excellent job. Try smoking hard boiled eggs (peeled of course) some time when you are doing cheese.

I just went to a machine shop with the dimensions of a puck and got them to make a couple.

Thanks. No shops around me unfortunately. I ordered a set of 3 off e-bay for like 33.oo shipped.
