Brand New to Canada: FS-PRO

Sorry boys (thanks TI), I may or may not have nabbed the last one...

Is the buttstock the same footprint as the Remington 870 or Mossberg 500?

Please provide this info, others were asking too. Congrats on selling out so fast TI! 🥳 🥳

Hi I just got mine yesterday, super happy with the service and the gun. Wasn't cycling 2.75 light target loads right from the post office. Tried several loads and brands in target load but it cycled old ass heavier mix'n match no problem. Wondering where we could get the light load piston as seen from the Bushpig video if it doesn't break in. Thank you.

Could you please remove the buttstock and take a picture of the receiver so we can see how it attaches? And maybe one of the stock too? Would be super helpful and appreciated 😁 🙏 also +1 on the light load piston, good thinking.

Why don't you take yours apart and share the pictures? Surely your not asking a business to open a boxed item, take it to bits, film it, reassemble, all on the hopes you will buy one? Your feedback rating gives TI little hope for a sale.

Relax brother, I was replying to someone who already has it, not the business; mines in transit. I literally congratulated the seller because they sold out.

I was hoping to order some aftermarket parts so it all arrived around the same time. Needed to know what was compatible first though, not that I owe you an explanation.

Even if I did ask the business to do it, I don't think it's a huge ask to get more information on parts compatibility.

So you did. Apologies for my salty response; enjoy your shotgun, they look like a neat piece of kit.

Assuming from your post that you didn't field strip and clean all the preservative oil and reoil with proper gun oil prior to your range visit?
I have one on order as well and will field strip and examine all bits for any rough edges prior to a range trip. I am hoping it will run regular trap loads with some breakin, but perhaps some 1oz or 7/8 Oz trap loads may be too light for it as delivered.
Time will tell I guess.
I did PM another owner and he said his was running Challenger trap loads, but I don't know which specific one.

I have an FS-Pro from the latest order, and this shootgun is awesome for the price! So far, I've fired 250 rounds of all kinds, light and heavy, and never had a single jam. I was skeptical at first, but now I strongly recommend it for the price - it's simply unbeatable, and I'm thinking of buying a second one!

As for the service from Tactical Imports, it was quick and professional with nothing to complain about, though I'm still waiting for the spare parts kit.

Rest assured, the design is really solid and offers a unique loading mechanism. Where they cut costs is in the plastic stock and forend - you can tell the plastic is lower quality, but again, this rifle is unbeatable in terms of value. I suggest it to anyone on a tight budget who won't be disappointed! It's also important to mention that Turkish rifles are generally very reliable and well-made - trust me, I have experience having tried 5 different models, and once again, unbeatable value!
If you've time this weekend, please let us know how the buttstock attaches to the reciever and provide some pics. I cannot for the life of me find ANY info on this, it'd be much appreciated.

Curious if it's directly compatible with Remington 870 or Mossberg 500, etc. Thanks!

Questions about how these stocks attach on these shotguns (fs pro, fs elite)

the hardware is shorter on the FS pro then on my elite , but how it attaches is more or less the same, single 5/16 bolt , indexing is taken off the trigger group
Looks like old style benelli lugging....

Picked mine up at the post office today. I stripped it down and cleaned off all the preservative oil. Insides were dripping with it, so I would recommend a field strip before shooting yours when you get it. Machining overall looks pretty decent. I removed the modified choke tube and put in the improved cylinder (4 notches) and used some anti-sieze on the threads. Cycled the action a bunch of times and it feels smoother now that it is properly lubed.
Adamcrf450 had noted that his gun wasn't cycling trap loads right out of the box. I suspect based on the amount of oil that was in mine as I cleaned it and the current low temps outside, that possibly was making it choke on lighter rounds...it's a theory...
One small thing I noticed when I mounted a Vortex Crossfire red dot is that the glowing dot isn't in alignment with the front sight which leads me to suspect the front sight isn't braised on squarely. Not really an issue as I plan to run the dot and they can't cowitness with the rear sight anyway with my low mount dot.
Also my ordered parts kit didn't arrive with my gun, so I suspect it is a back ordered item currently.
Just waiting for some warmer weather to get some rounds through it. Time will tell how it stands up, but so far I am fairly impressed with what I see especially considering the price point
