Brand New to Canada: TAC-12 "M3 Super 90"

No, the original M3 that was banned in 92'. This is a quality reproduction using an M4 receiver
I got two questions:

1. Since it is using the M4 receiver, is it compatible with other M4 factory/aftermarket stock parts?
2. Is the recoil spring slide on top of the mag tube like the real M3 or is it at the back (inside the stock) like the M4?

I understood TI comment as "this very gun we advertise has M3 receiver, while video is for M4 receiver".

I have trust issue with turkish shotgun, but I want that thing to be good. The video as demonstrate durability but what about the trigger pull and overall smoothness of the pump? This thing are often horrendous in that category?

2: TI mentions they looked into sourcing pistol grips and/or top folders, which wouldn't work if the recoil tube was in the stock.

Depends how bad you've wanted something that's been unobtainium for a few decades.

Got mine. Got it together easy enough. The stock requires assembly but the barrel is assembled to the receiver.

What I don’t understand about it - when I have the pump engaged (pump mode), and the action open, should it not close the action when I hit the ‘carrier release’? Mine seems like it wants to, but requires some forward pressure on the pump to actually close.

Really cool shotgun. With the pump locked forward (semi mode) it feels just like my Benelli M2.

Interesting firearm.

According to the historical archives (YouTube) it should close when you hit the carrier release. Perhaps needs a little breaking in?
