If this is the only reloading you will do, try to find a buddy that loads. If he does not already load the 6.5x55, all you have to do is buy a set of dies (around $50) and a box of bullets and brass.
Spend an evening with him and you two can load up a few boxes of good ammo.
If you came to my house, I would fix you up with 160gr Hornady round nose (because I have them on hand and I know they work well on moose) and we would load 20 rounds, with 4 different 4831 powder charges between 44 and 45 gr. You would then shoot these off a bench and report back on what worked best.
Then we would load all your brass to that value.
I have a set of 455 dies and a set of 38-55 dies here that belong to other guys who shoot a bit, but don't load, and they don't shoot enough to justify a complete loading set up.

Lee hand press, Lee Collet dies, Lee case trimmer and case length gauge, scale, chamfer tool, funnel, powder measure.
IMR 7828ssc and 140 gr NP or the 155 gr Lapua Mega.

The Lee Collet dies come with a shell holder and don't need lube.
If your reloading for 1 rifle for hunting you have no need for a high end bench mounted press to take up space and bang your knees on. The money will be better spent on a Chrono.
