I placed an order with them once for a scope. Nothing but trouble from the start. Zero communications, credit card charged but nothing shipped (for an in stock item). After a bit over 3 weeks, I finally insisted that they give me a refund. Another 2 weeks later and the refund finally came through. I went to another dealer and ordered the same scope, charged the first day and shipped out the next.
