brass brand??

Hi I found some looks like once fired 7-08 brass at the range today with "nny" headstamp and it looked like it was factory annealed as well. Any idea who makes this brass?

Cyrillic, actually. The letters transliterate into "PPU", which is the abbreviation for the company name in the Serbo-Croat language.
