Anyone use their dehydrator?

Nah, I just shake them out into a colander and then spread them on a shop towel overnight. Almost always dries completely. Cheapy cheapy :)

Yes, I do. Dehydrator work great with pistol brass especially when you do in a big bunch like me. Took me about 1 hour and half and another hour with stainless steel media wet tumbling. In two hours and half, I can fully clean about 800 brasses to 1000 brasses of 9mm.

I collect my range brass, dump them on a big blanket, clean as much as dirt as possible. After than, I dump them in my case feeder, deprimed all of them with my Dillon XL 650. Now it's cleaning time, throw them in tumbler with stainless steel media then dry them in dehydrator. Now I'm ready to clean.

Dehydrator was bought from Canadian tire when it's on sale.

I throw them in a towel after spinning them in the media separator which gets most of the water out.
I then throw them in a bucket. If I reuse the same piece of brass more than once or twice a year it means that I'm running low on brass.
Precision rifle brass is another story. It gets put in 100 round mtm cases.

For those who use an oven, never put brass in an oven that is turned on.
Temperatures in parts of the oven can reach over 500f. in places before the thermostat reads 200F.
Always preheat the oven to 200F and allow the temperature to stabilize. Then turn the oven off and add your brass.
