RJ, I just types the question in google and came up with 24hr campfire and a guy there said the same as above.
It is Remington Brass and weights the same as Remington Brass for caliber.
Thats the best I can offer.

Nosler gets brass from several different manufacturers. Some is NORMA but others are from different makers.

When I asked Nosler that question on their forum the answer was that they obtained brass from "several" North American & European makers. They did verify NORMA by name as one of their sources. I suspect - wild ass guess - that some is Hornady.
I suspect different suppliers for Nosler brass, because it varies in hardnesss from chambering to
chambering. The 300 WSM and 8mm Mag brass that I have seems rather "tough", whereas the
270 Winchester is quite "soft" in comparison. Eagleye.

At one time Federal made some or all of the Nosler brass, but I would bet they probably use multiple suppliers depending on who has the best price and delivery. Some Nosler brass is identical to Norma brass.
