Hey guys I'm just starting to reload and I'm working on .303 brit brass. I'e got the basic Lee kit and I'm having a really hard time removing the old primers from some of my brass.
the Winchester and Federal brass I have and even the Privi stuff is no problem but I've got about 100 brass that are marked FNB that I have no luck getting the primers out of with the sizing die. Anybody have and helpful tips for a Nube?

shine a light down a case and have a look to see if they are berdan primed or if they are boxer primed. Berdan will have to small flash holes off center, if this is the case then chuck em.

The FNB brass in 303 British is indeed Berdan primed. The FNM brass in 223, on the other hand is boxer primed, and only needs the crimp removed to reprime them. Regards, Eagleye.
