Brass oiler

Hi Guys, I have a brass oiler that fits the butt of a Lee Enfield, and thong with it.
However, as shown in the picture, this is the first I have seen with the Broad Arrow marking, plus other letters and insignia.
Does anyone know what the markings mean?

Unfortunately i have none with ownership marks & the Gabriel is the only one with a s/n & it has another different number on the top!

another one tight might interest you. from the somme battle field. still has the original oil in it.
