As imported, still oiled, mint, with matching bayonet, muzzle cap, sling and test target.

Any ideas?

Just the rifle, no accessories, $700 -$800

With all accessories as you mention, $1000 - $1300.

I saw two, just like you describe in Chiliwack last spring that were consecutively numbered and the pair sold for $2700.

I didn't want to answer my own question, but my instinct was along these lines - $1200 +/- These guns are beautiful, and with some good pics, I have no doubt that buyers would soon be under its spell. I haven't seen any evidence that "the economy" has depressed gun prices on CGN. With almost 100,000 registered users, nice guns are better exposed to collectors with money than ever before.

These came into Canada and the US about 25 years ago for about $150 with the accessories as described. Most became the basis for a nice sporter, and bayonets became hunting knives and the muzzle cap, sling and test target were trashed. To find one untouched is a rare event. Two years ago, Empire Arms in the US was selling the same thing for $2000.

Pics will come.

I don't know when you first noticed them but in 1967 I helped to unload a truck at Lever Arms with 60 crates of them. All of them were NIW
