I've come across two Brazilian Mod 1935 Mauser rifles, all matching serial numbers, one even has a matching bayonet and scabbard still lightly greased. Both stocks are in mint condition, no nicks or dings, bolts look to be chrome with serials matching the rest of the gun. On the side is stamped 'Mauser-Werke A-G Oberndorf A/N'; top of receiver is stamped 'Mauser" closest to bolt, the Brazilian Star stamped closer to site, and 'Mod.1935' on other side of receiver. Just bought and wondering on value- they are minty! Thanks for any input...

Brazilian 1935's

I have two of them and a complete one comes with muzzle cover, sling, matching bayonet, and the three shot factory target fired at 50 meters. I haven never found one with the target.
The one that comes with all of the above items will start you at $700 and go to $900+, just an estimate. There is an advertisement on the EE forum for two 1908's but don’t recall them mentioning anything about the above parts, they are listed at $900 each.

The Brazilian 1935's and 1908's came into the country through Century International in the late 70's for $159.95. They were in the grease and you could purchase a crate if you wanted. They are one of the rare military Mausers that ever showed up new and in the grease.
The Lee-Enfield No4 Mk2 from Ireland is one of the other military bolt-action rifles I have found in the grease.
To take them out of the grease could lower the value, because the few that are left in the grease will be harder to find and possibly be worth more.

1935 Brazilian

Locally one is @ $800 w/sling,bayo & target. I got my un-issued '35 without bayo, target and sling for $350. A good deal on yours would be $600, fair market closer to $800 IMHO. Lovely Mausers. Keep the prettiest and flip the other.

Thanks Guys; I think I shall take your advice Longbranch- will post the one with the bayo, sling, and muzzle cover for sale in the next few days and keep the other. Cheers!
