well prior to reading all the recalls and warnings on this site 
I purchased a bunch of CBC surplus, most of it is 1976 manufacture but some is also 1975. after reading some warnings I pulled all of the bullets from the '75 ammo.
What I found: 1975 145gr fmj 47grs Ball powder looks like BLc(2)
1976 145gr fmj 38grs cylindrical powder looks like H322
these are not suggestions for reloads, just my findings.
