Indeed, although Gravel would be the distributor importing/converting them, CRAFM being just a dealer. We might also be surprised with a factory barrel made specifically by Brigade for Canada. One can dream...

No - it just means they included the option for an NR barrel on their submission data sheet.

Thankfully they did that…Since it takes standard AR barrels, now the distributor can import and install NR barrels.

In my eyes AR's look ridiculous, they're heavier than necessary and the triggers blow on every one I've ever fired. Just a few reasons why I never had a restricted license, aside from the fact I didn't like the idea of borrowing my own gun from the gubment to shoot pieces of paper at a range; it all makes about as much sense as voting liberal. But this ugly whatever it is, I want one.
