Hello,

I am trying to find a few parts for my Savage 111 7mm mag rifle. Specifically the extractor, extractor spring, ball bearing and a few screws. I have seemed to have found them on the savage website but they wont ship it to Canada. Just curious if these can be brought back over the border? I don't see why but we all know how gun laws make no sense. Thanks!

They won't ship them because of the import/export laws in the US. Those laws also apply to you.

Western Gun Parts in Edmonton could well have these parts in stock... if not they can get them...

Just order it from Brownell's. Currently out of stock but you can backorder it. Call them at 1-800-741-0015 to see when the items will be in stock again.

Ya i noticed that on there site. Does that not go against the imports laws? or because a company is sending it that makes it ok.

If they send it, they have the proper export license to do so... there are many things they can not export because the manufacturer is not registered with the State Department or that item is further restricted...

I've ordered lots of stuff from them and they do have all their export papers in order. Good company for sending gun parts to Canada.
