So lets say i found one in europe that would skip us export problem, is it still to complicated on the canadian side?

The US has few Dewats due to their laws. Most use dummy receivers; those are prohibited replicas in Canada

Edit** Okay I found it, So I am looking at importing an deactivated rpd from the uk. So i read here that with a semi-auto recever they ar non-restricted, but you cant have such recever in canada. So would it stil be importable? Or could only a dealer with proper license import it?

If a registered Dewat is papered in the U.S. Its a good candidate for rewatting down here. We just can't use a parts kit to build one
