Got this picture from a friend off another site. Lifes not fair sometimes, is it?
(I'd be happy with just one of those)

Phony picture! The guy on the right is not even hooked on, in any way he couldn't pull out of.
However, the dead give away is that when two animals get antler locked and eventually die, the ground thay are on, and all around them, is thoroughly churned up.
In this picture they are lying on what could be a well taken care of lawn.

I remember back in the late 70s or early 80s, there were three whitetails that become locked in Manitoba. I saw the mount at Telesky's Taxidermy....it was pretty cool. Bet it doesn't happen often!

I think somebody added the bottom one...Just looks too slick compared to the other 2 who look like they've been dead a little while longer.

I agree third one doesn't even look like it belongs in the picture, it was added........thank heavens for photoshop.

Your lawn looks like that?

Compared to what the ground looks like when two animals get antler locked and die, the ground around them does look like a well kept lawn. Just think of it, they fight for days before they die. What do you think the ground around them would look like after all that time of sharp hooves tearing it up?
The ground under and around them, being what it is, is 100%, surefire evidence that the deer were not locked up and died there. They were placed there by humans.
Obviously, the majority of you have never seen animals that died in this manner, or even seen legitimate pitures of it, as only dizzy dan 1, recognized it for what it is.

My guess is the buck in the foreground was shot and put in the "shot".
Two different thoughts on this one.

First thought,

It's dead cause his right front leg is folded over, (He actually looks alive because the ears are up?) if he were alive, leg would be out, ready to turn over cause his right antler does not seem to be locked in, giving him the leverage to turn over, so my assumption, he was shot and put into the picture.

The left side deer (#1)died first and it's not plump were lookin at, it's bloating I think?.

Looking at the dirt behind the two main combatants(top left) suggests quite a battle, but they moved into the foreground, #1collapsed of a broken neck and # 2 dragged it forward and died of exhaustion soon after. Enter # 3 (foreground photo conversation piece).

2nd thought,

Colour for # 3 looks darker, fresher. It's possible I guess that he got into the fight much after the first two were locked up? but doesn't make sense.
But anything can happen I guess?:(
