Business as usual until the government announces otherwise. Vendors don't know any more about that rumor than the rest of us you know. If they did they'd either be A: Buying more inventory to take advantage of the buying frenzy or B: Selling their inventory off at, near or even below cost to mitigate losses. But they don't know so they're in the same limbo as the rest of us.
 
Once a transfer is started a reference number is assigned. If the Govt opted tomorrow to pull the plug, one can only assume if you have a transfer in the system under way, you safe, but hey... who knows lol. If your in the position to make a purchase, do it.
 
We may have one (1)10.5 and one (1)15.7 SAS upper remaining in inventory. I need to check in the morning, on a couple that were being held for some customers who asked us to lay them aside. If we don’t hear from them by the morning, we will throw them back up on the website.
 
Will you guys still be allowed to aquire and sell uppers and parts after the prohib goes thru, since only the lower is the problem. No point in buying stripped lowers if you can’t get the parts.
 
After all the madness the last few days, we finally sorted out the orders for everyone who ordered the SAS uppers.
We have two (2) 15.7 remaining and one (1) 10" remaining in stock

That's it...
