Brno is CZ, brno is the original factory name.

That's a nice laminate stock on that 98. Handloading as you probably know will give you the best results. European ammo like Sellier & Bellot and Norma will load to full potential of the cartridge. Usually the heavy bullets like the Nosler 180,Hornady 195 and the Sierra 220 grain will be best suited for the barrel length and twist of the 98.
PS, your front band appears to be on wrong.....

Brünn is German for BRNO. The Germans refer to guns made in Brünn e. g. as Brünner pistol (Pistole) or Brünner Rifle (Büchse).
