Yeah it is definitely one for a BRNO collector. The differences it has from the others I have seen are:
Checkering pattern on stock.(only seen one other in a photo). Knurling on safety. Barrel "bluing" is more like browning and very shiny. Totally different trigger group. Metal block in wood at lug area. Serial numbered on bolt, bottom metal, all three action bolts, trigger group, inside of stock, yet no serial number on the barrel like my other ones had..... Different cross hatch pattern on bakelite butt plate. Six sided star stamped on barrel. Factory zeilrohrnfer scope mount with meopta 3x scope. I'm probably forgetting a few other differences.
There were rumors that the zg 47 was introduced in 1947, hence the 47, but they were not. They were introduced in 1950.
