I have an original factory mount that incorporates the ZF4/s Jena scope. I am looking for a supplier of parts for this mount as I have a broken left handed screw that goes through the wing nut. Contacted London Arms the importer of Cz firearms but they cannot supply any parts for the mount. Any info of a parts source would greatly be appreciated. My mount is stamped ZKK602 and sits on my 375H&H.

Found this illustration of the front locking "tab" that engages the receiver grooves ... the rear is not shown but looks identical other than it goes into a small "hollow" on the left side of the bridge to provide recoil control as well.
I still haven't found one of my bases to look more closely .. but are you sure it is left hand thread? AFAIK the thumbscrews on the opposite side that pull the "tabs" tight are right hand....but my memory is getting rusty.
Anyway - because the windage adjustment is in the base - if you cant find parts to repair .. it may be expedient (and cheaper) just to replace the scope and base with something more current ... Lynx makes conventional rings for it..

Yes I am considering going with a whole new system although the optics are sure nice on the Ziess Jena.
