Does anyone out there with a rem 750 or 7600 know if the receiver has the same ass-end as the Rem 870? Specifically can you install a 870 stock on it, and ultimately a Brobee stock adaptor to go the AR grip/stock route?

I did a bit of looking on the net and couldn't spot any 750's reconfigured like this.

As far as I know there was a thread on this, its the 20 gauge stocks that fit. Also that is what the guys at the local gunstore told me as well.

I wasn't aware the 870 used a different stock for 12 and 20 bores. When you buy aftermarket synthetic stocks, their not marked as per gauge.

*Edit*

I did find this though:
Model 870™ Synthetic Stock & Fore-Ends
• Fits Remington Model 870 shotguns
• All weather fiberglass reinforced synthetic stock
material
• Rear swivel stud attached for easy addition of
sling with Universal Mag Cap installation
• Fits 12 & 16 gauge
• Order #: 18614
• Order #: 18611 (12-ga. Youth)
• Order #: 18613 (Mossy Oak® Camo)
• Order #: 19487 (Monte Carlo)

Cool ..........
