Deer tallow makes an awesome base material for cold process soap - if you have not tried it, it's not as nasty as it might seem either as the fat renders well and without any super-nasty smells. The resulting soap is coveted by everyone we give it to.

I am unsurprized you have already uncovered this little gem of simple yet very wise health improvement.

Yes enjoying the target very much, I made a post about them on another forum that had a lot of views and was hoping you had made enough in sales to start producing elk and bear targets!

Still waiting for the African safari series lol

Nothing wrong with a 30-30, that is unless you believe you need a magnum cartridge to hunt anything bigger than deer lol. I’m a fan of a traditional setup so it was appreciated, that said I was out with my tac14 this season. It was a success in the grouse dept and pretty fun with full power 00buck and slugs while I was getting used to the ergonomics of it early season.

Keep plugging away when you have time and you’ll get there. I’ve watched a lot of videos and this one was top notch. The soap at the end did it for me as it’s something I have always wanted to try so it was cool seeing the process.
