so i broke my grizzly, well a peace came off that isnt soposed to. the "leaf spring" on the right hand side of the gun came unattached from the recever, ive included some pics but there pretty bad, i can get it back in place but am not sure what to use to keep it there, the idea of welding it in is tempting but it might mess with the temper of both the spring and the recever, any ideas

Mine falls out whenever I pull the trigger group out of my gun for cleaning, I just line it back up and reinstall and the gun functions 100%.

Came loose after .....20 thousand or so rounds but oh well, goes right back in place, I'm up past 26 thousand now.

I had double feed issues with my factory grizzly shell latches. Casey @ TacOrd replaced them with Rem stock ones - problem solved.

you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear

Sure you can, you just need to invest a lot in upgrades! The receiver, bolt, and trigger group (aside from a jumbo safety I installed) are the only things I left untouched, and even they've been parked and Teflon'ed.

Here's mine in a Surefire group pic:

i have prob 5000 rounds through mine and well im not nice to it, it pretty much lives in the truck and gets thrown around lots, i have been just leaving it in was just wondering if i should try to re attach it and how so.

Just out of curiousity, do you like Surefire products? lol j/k that is an enviable collection! Very nice.

Fairly common problem with the 870 style shotguns. That part is staked in from the factory and usually when punching out the pins to drop the trigger group that piece sometimes takes a small licking and will fall out. Simply throw it back in to make sure the holes line up perfectly to allow you to re-assemble the gun and you're off to the races.
