Andrew,
does'nt the primer arm get covered in crud when decapping? I know it swings out the way a short distance. I actually do all my priming on the press. I always remove the priming arm when decapping to keep the arm clean and contaminant free for priming.![]()
Nope just keep it in there trust meit may fall out the ocassional time from geting loose from going up and down and in and out but just put it back there and keep going.
If you need LEE press parts check out Higginson Powders Inc. in Hawkesbury Ontario.. they have a website. They stock pretty well most parts. or call them at 1-613-632-9300
Well you may want them right away here in Canada, ordering from the states may take a little longer and you may want your parts like right away. If you can get them in a timely manner then by all means have LEE send them. Why would you buy parts when lee will replace them for free?
I am starting work on some HD videos for my website to show how to setup and use everything that I sell.

I've had very poor experiences with Lee this year. My collet neck sizing die broke 55 cases in. Getting it fixed under warranty provided 3 problems:
- it cost me $10 to ship it back to Lee.
- it took 5 weeks for the repair to be returned.
- Lee only replaced the cap of the neck sizing die - this didn't fix the problem.
So, needless to say I'm cutting my losses and dumping Lee products. On the advice of some club members, I'm going with a Forster Bump Die instead. Doing some deeper research into Lee, it appears that they only have their head offices in the US, and their (inferior, IMHO) products are all made in China.
If you don't have the priming arm in, the primers hit the floor.
