Broke My Mand Shooting My S&W586

My revolver's hand broke in my S&W586. Yeah its a gun part. It cost me about 20 bucks for the part and 100 in the swear jar but its fixed.

Check out the video if you want to see the inner workings of a S&W revolver. Gunsmiths and experienced revolver guys won't get too much from this vid. I also swapped out the rebound spring for a slightly lighter one 15lbs to 13 pounds.

Great gun but this would have been hard with out Mr Potterfield's help.

I love my 586 love one with a 5 inch barrel but its damn near perfect as is.

I think one of the attractions to guns I have is the mechanics and design of them. Look at the tubular mag cap on an 1897 Winchester take down its a puzzle and how a mind came up with that is absolutely intriguing to me. Thanks for the note.
