broken bottom tang on El Faisan 410 dbl shotgun,repairable or not?

I have a El Faisan 410 double barrel shotgun that the bottom tang snapped off the receiver,it looks like cast steel.wondering if this is fixable or if it is just good for parts,any info would be much appreciated thanks.

Very poor quality in every respect... Spanish steel leaves a lot to be desired...

Strip it down and take it to a good welder and ask his opinion on the steel and tig/mig...
