Broken link of RCMP PAL/RPAL form.

I was trying to download the form from http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/form-formulaire/pdfs/5592-eng.pdf, but it showed

happened to me on my mac, because i only have a phone data plan i have not updated it in a few months. I ued a window xp PC at work and it downloaded no proble, but i couldnt use the writeable version.
 
If you're using firefox, you should have a little bar come up near the top that asks you if you want to open with a different viewer. If you're using chrome then you should see a little adobe icon in the address bar at the far right...you can click on it and open without upgrading your reader. If you're using Explorer, you should switch regardless....
