My brother-in-law received some shotguns from his friend that has a son who has a mental disorder.
Two were Winchester pumps a 1200 and a 2200.
The third is a:
B.C. MIROKU over-under
Miroku Firearms, Mfg Co. Hochi, Japan
Model 800
Gauge #12
Barrel length 28"
Over Mod. Under Imp.
The Winchester shotguns I am familiar with but not the Miroku O/U.
Does anyone have any experience with these guns, and can give me some information on it?

Miroku make the 425 525 and 625 shotguns for Browning period and their shotguns of the same years are almost identical other than the engraving.(not sure of the other models)
When browning went to japan to start court preceedings against the miroku plant for copy write enfringment, they were so impreseed the had them make theirs for them too, you don't see many miruko's in N' america because it would be diect competition to browning.
They are a fine gun and usually have more attractive wood than the equivillant Browning model.

The 800 is an older gun (similar to the Charles Daly Mirokus) and should make an excellent field gun. Mirokus are built to a high standard and are generally pretty robust and reliable guns.

There is only limited parts interchangeability between the 800 series and modern Miroku and Browning guns, so bear this in mind. The barrels should be chambed for 2 3/4" shells.

It's a great old gun he has got there, and it should give years of service. And his kids too, most likely!
