Browining Auto 5

sorry I do not have any pictures. Its a gun store . I like it but they are asking $450 , the stock has some scratches in it and the barrel has a couple marks and scratches as well.

32 inch barrels in 3 inch used to be the one to have. condition is also a factor and the willingness to accept counter offer. Reasonable counter offers are usually considered

Asking $450? How long has it been sitting there? If it's a 1990 manufacture, it will be Miroku and steel safe, and should have choke tubes.

You can always offer less, and see if they'll go for it. And as with all haggling, see if you can get them to make the first price drop.

Make sure you have a good look at the stock, lots get cracked by people setting the gun up for light loads, forgetting, and then running a heavy hitter through it. Happened to mine, it was being used at our trap range and somebody put a 3" mag through it.

The old auto 5's are great guns. A little heavy and cleaning (thoroughly) can be a task until you're used to all the parts and how they go together. $450 is reasonable for a shotgun in decent shape. They are a pleasure to shoot though!

Them old war horses aren't appreciated much any more.
Tough to get $450 for an average one now a days.
What is the barrel choked at?
Modified would seem to catch more attention than full.
