Brown Bess 3RD Model

Recently acquired this Bess from a collection begun in 1919 and cared for by ongoing family until present. It contained several pieces noted as from the
collection of Sir Henry Pellatt, benefactor of the QOR and Major General in rank. Believe this piece may be from the same collection which will explain the superb condition. Very few markings and little evidence of use and I wonder if perhaps it is one of the 3000 bought by Canada in 1811 for a militia program in expectation of the US problem. Have taken pics of all markings to be seen but have not looked under the barrel as yet. If anyone can assist in clarifying meaning of the marks
shown I would greatly appreciate it. Meanwhile greatly enjoying having such a notable piece. Cheers

I believe the broadarrow over "BO" is a Board of Ordinance property mark.

The mark behind the sideplare is likely an assembler's mark and the crown over ? mark on the right face of the butt is likely an inspector's mark.

Further info on this- from book on the Bess history this is a Model 1809 2nd Type. Mark in stock under lock brass retainer plate -L- inside lock plate crown over 26 and finally Heely under barrel at breech and at second barrel pin. Totally in the white underneath and lock shows little evidence of much if any use. Long lengthwise crack along barrel channel over ramrod and JR stamped in the channel.
Further note - maker probably John Heely, 1790-1830 with a shop in Birmingham!
